• All memberships require a three-month commitment. After the initial three-month commitment, memberships transition to a month-to-month basis. Members may cancel after the initial commitment with 30 days' notice.
• Members receive one treatment per month. Unused treatments may roll over for up to two months, after which they expire. Members will receive a reminder before a treatment expires.
• Members may freeze their membership for one 30-day period per year. No membership fee will be charged, and no monthly treatment will be issued during the freeze.
• Members may visit either Sculpt location; however, certain devices and treatments are available at only one location.
• Monthly treatments have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire when membership cancellation takes effect.
• Member discounts do not apply to Morpheus8 or Genius treatments, including single sessions and packages.
• Member discounts cannot be combined with event pricing or other promotions.
